Items in stock will be dispatched, wherever possible, within 3 working days of receipt of your order unless indicated otherwise, provided payment is by Visa, Mastercard or Direct Credit. Orders paid by cheque will be despatched when cheque has been cleared (5-7 days delay).
GST
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Deliveries within New Zealand
Deliveries within New Zealand are sent by mail or courier company of our choice.
Status of your order
If a product is out of stock we will let you know - and tell you when you can expect delivery.
Return of damaged and faulty goods
Should you wish to return an item, please email us with the order number in the order confirmation email we sent you, and a description of the problem. We will let you know how to return the item. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
Returns and refunds
You can return any faulty or damaged goods within a week of receipt and we will replace them, subject to the following conditions. If a replacement cannot be made, we will fully refund your payment.
Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order prior to it being despatched by emailing us, quoting your order number and reason for cancellation.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Pets Pit Stop complies with all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
